A 39-year-old Canandaigua man was charged with assault after an incident, which occurred on September 17th around 2:58 pm.
Authorities in Canandaigua say that Gerald K. Rylott, 39, of Canandaigua was charged with assault after allegedly striking a male several times in the face with a closed fist — causing injury.
Rylott will answer the charges at a later date.
